Rural Can be Classy!

Who wouldn't want to live in a garden of Eden? LBV future subdivisions should be promoted as large lot country estates where quality homes may be tucked amid native vegetation. Please, no "garage door homes" where all you see as you drive down the street are garage doors. Keeping a rural feel to the LBV can be done in a classy way that harkens to the natural elements professed by people like Frank Lloyd Wright (and locally, Mary Rockwell Hook, who designed 4-Gates Farm, the ONLY site in the LBV that is on the National Register of Historic Places). Let that influence and seed be your guide for future development that preserves and INTEGRATES new buildings into the landscape.
