One of the 4 primary goals of the plan is the preserve the rural character of the Little Blue Valley. In order to better implement this goal we would like to know what are the most important features to preserve as development occurs? What areas are most important to keep as open space? What are the traits and attributes that give the Little Blue valley its rural character? Which of these elements should be preserved and replicated in new development?
