We need to maitain the green space adjacent to the Little Blue River and the multiple small tributaries.
The current race track land would be an excellent site for a large park development. This could also include the driving range and the Jackson County Parks land north of it.
Larger lots (1-2 acres or larger) should be encouraged whenever possible to maintain the rural feel of the area.
