Is Noland Road really going to be improved?
Will KCMO really buy the Rock Island RR land?
When will the Blue Trace trail come through the valley?
Will a commuter rail really be affordable?
Will Knobtown ever by rid of blight?
Will there ever by efficent bus lines?

When there are real and definate answers then I think we could seriously plan where housing can be placed. Especially when considering multifamily or any senior housing. There needs to be public transportation to support these type of communities. It is not safe or fair to develop 144 units of apartments on the corner of Pryor and Bannister void of public transportantion for the residents. NOT GOOD PLANNING!
