We are seeing an increasing surge in traffic at the intersections of Pryor Road and Bannister, due to more and more people using the Pryor Road access to Summit Woods Shopping Center and 435. This is an easier access to Summit Woods than going up and using Chipman road and dealing with the merging. However, with the increased traffice at this intersection, I have seen two near misses as people pull off of Pryor onto Bannister. It's only a matter of time before there is accident. While the amount of traffic may not currently support a traffic signal, the geometry of the intersection certainly does. It will only get worse when Country Creek development is fully built out.
