Remove abandoned RR trussel constraint at 350 Highway west of Noland and improve the intersection. Left turn lanes with signalization is needed for those traveling south of the intersection on Noland heading north and turning left (west) onto 350 Hwy. This is a dangerous intersection. Also need to straighten the intersection for travelers from the north of the intersection on Noland heading south through the intersection continuing to Noland. Currently you have to jog right and then back left causing confusion and near head on crashes.
