The intersection at east bound Little Blue Rd and Noland is a mess during rush hour. A left turn lane on Noland Rd going east on Little Blue Rd needs to be added. South bound Noland Rd traffic backs up while vehicles turn east on Little Blue causing a lot of the south bound traffic to try and pass on the shoulder. |
