Neighborhoods should be carefully planned with density standards strictly adhered to. The "NEW" Little Blue Valley Area Plan needs to be strong and set the standards for KCMO planning. All KCMO planners should use the plan. In essence the plan leads the planners, developers, bankers, schools, churches and commerical development.
