There are a good selection of historic buildings and sites in the LBV. I'd like future developers and residents to consider BUILDING quality structures with tremendous style and materials (and maybe designed by noted architects?) that might BECOME historic structures one day! At least the style of homes will "FIT" in with the rural landscape where modern "country estates" may be touted.
