The 300 acres owned by Raytown School District in the valley beteewn Lee's Summit Rd and Noland Rd. and between 59th Strret and Little Blue River Rd. should remain undeveloped. It is mostly in the 100 yr. floodplain and is home to the largest Great Blue Heron Rookery in Kansas City.
