The following chapter goals statements will serve as a rough outline for the plan. These goals are based on your input and are general for now. We will add much more detail to each strategy as we progress (we’ll ask you the tougher stuff and outline steps to make these recommendations implementable in a few weeks). Before we do that, we would like for the community to verify these goals and help us prioritize and refine them. If something is missing please use the “comment” feature on one of the existing ideas.
