All surounding cities adjoining the borders of the Little Blue Valley Area Plan are vital in developing, approving and impletation of any infrasture maintence or future developments. Currently KCMO and the city of Lee's Summit do not have an agreement on sewer usage but plans are being made to put a 144 apartment complex on the corner of Pryor and Bannister without a sewer connection. All comunication with municipalies should be transparent and include neighborhood involvement.
