Keep commercial and high density development at MAJOR intersections (ie. Hwy 350/Noland) ONLY. The majority of LBV area has rural to suburban character that should be preserved as it is one of the big draws to this area. Keep the commercial development more neighborhood oriented, especially if there are plans for parks. Nobody wants their children playing near seedy establishments. Need to create a more neighborhood gathering atmosphere, especially in Knobtown because this is truly one of the southeastern gateways to KCMO.
